About The Position

Bargreen Ellingson is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our San Antonio team! This is an administrative role that includes plan checks, order entry, product tracking, customer communication and several other sales support functions.

Requirements

  • Previous high touch customer service, AQ, sales, project management or restaurant experience preferred.
  • Computer literacy including strong excel knowledge and typing acumen.
  • Experience in administration and high-volume office work.
  • Extremely detail oriented with strong organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask and quickly switch focus without losing sight of projects and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative partner to contract sales representative, managing all logistical aspects of contract jobs.
  • Order products for jobs.
  • Organization of order quotes completed by project manager.
  • Quote checks, plan checks, order entry, order tracking, managing all job logistics including delivery warehouse, freight, and install dates.
  • Communication liaison between Contract Sales Rep, designer, supplier factory and oftentimes general contractor.
  • Create O&M manual with warranty information.
  • Order reconciliation to close out job accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Perform other responsibilities as directed.
  • Quote projects based on plans and information from salesperson.
  • Assist with day-to-day emergency calls.
  • Assist with project accounts receivable.
  • Complete additional plan checks prior to ordering process.
  • Schedule factory training visits.
  • Act as Project Manager when salesperson is unavailable.
