About The Position

Take ownership of BodySpec’s growing facility network and expansion projects nationwide. This role combines day-to-day facility operations management, vendor sourcing, construction coordination, and problem-solving. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure new storefronts launch smoothly and existing locations remain operational and optimized. Requirements

  • Experience in construction management, facilities operations, or project coordination is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects across various stages of completion.
  • The desire to learn, master, and apply technical and operational concepts is required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary BodySpec liaison for property managers across all storefront locations.
  • Source and manage local vendors (contractors, signage, electrical, specialty trades) for new market expansions.
  • Support new storefront launches by establishing utility accounts, and purchasing necessary furniture, fixtures and materials.
  • Coordinate emergency response for facility outages (internet, power, HVAC) to minimize downtime and maintain scanning operations.
  • Submit claims for maintenance or repair work as needed.
  • Coordinate contractors, architects, and vendors throughout construction and installation phases.
  • Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline goals.
  • Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards for all facilities.
  • Develop standardized processes for rapid location scaling and facility upkeep.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth handoffs between expansion and operations teams.
