About The Position
The Project Coordinator I is located in Albertville, MN, and is focused on providing excellent customer service to clients by managing inquiries, pricing requests, and processing orders. This position reports to the Service Center Manager. This role is perfect for an individual who has strong attention to detail, a reliable work ethic, and a problem-solving mindset. Requirements
- Ability to read and understand architectural blueprints and specifications
- Strong mathematical skills including fractions, decimals, metric, and geometry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, self-motivated, and ability to work independently
- Willingness to work with dynamics situations where set processes may not exist
Nice To Haves
- Experience in glass or metal sales, manufacturing, or construction/project management strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming client inquiries, provide technical/design assistance, and follow up on orders
- Price requests based on market conditions and profit guidelines set by the Service Center Manager
- Process orders, prepare fabrication documents, and coordinate with Production and Shipping to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Purchase and maintain inventory of required hardware and ancillary materials (excluding glass unless specified)
- Collaborate with Sales to grow accounts, report market conditions, and provide sales data to management
- Assist Project Managers and other personnel as needed
