Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years’ experience with project or service coordination

Responsibilities

  • Respond to email inquiries with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate scheduling project start dates and ensure milestones are completed on time.
  • Coordinate schedule for internal resources to be on site for milestone progress checks and Final acceptance.
  • Ensure internal resources are entering time and expenses on projects.
  • Providing updates to leadership on project status.
  • Ensuring customer success between Professional Service Clients and Edwards Brand/Products.
  • Actively gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the customer journey.
  • Innovate and implement process improvements for team efficiency and service quality
  • Document business processes.
  • Take notes and summarize discussions at various meetings.
  • Coordinate and run Project Work in Progress for internal meetings with project managers.
  • Review project information entered in Salesforce by the project managers and enter project updates in client tools.
  • Ensure projects are running smoothly, provide support to the project managers to mitigate project slippage, scope creep, etc.
  • Manage project information.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Be the Voice of the client, ensure their success with our product and services.
  • General project administrative duties.
