About The Position

As a member of Prisma’s Global Customer Success Team, you will be instrumental in delivering a world-class customer experience with a focus on proactive engagement and fostering long-term relationships. The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across teams. This role ensures that project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are managed effectively while serving as a key communication hub between stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role.
  • Educational or professional experience in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficient in project management tools (Smartsheet, Zendesk, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint); Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated excellence in organization and time-management, along with verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy; ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams, customers, and external partners to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, status reports, and action item trackers.
  • Distribute updates to stakeholders regularly.
  • Coordinate resource allocation and scheduling to support project needs.
  • Identify potential risks and issues, escalate as needed, and help implement mitigation strategies.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to project workflows and operational processes.
  • Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document key decisions and next steps.
