About The Position

A Coordinator is responsible to organize, plan, schedule and assist in project delivery activities to support a group, team and/or project, including research, technical data organization and analysis, project-related communication, budget tracking, billing, schedule updates, document controls, and submittals.

Requirements

  • Industry experience in a professional services or construction environment
  • Applicants must be fully authorized to work in the United States
  • Proficiency with Microsoft platforms and project management software
  • Familiarity with fundamental best practices in project management
  • Competency for research, organization, documentation, and process execution
  • Ability to comprehend, review, edit and/or execute project correspondence, technical reports, and contract requirements
  • Familiarity with CAD software
  • Ability to problem-solve, communicate and collaborate with peers and project stakeholders
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience

Nice To Haves

  • An Associate's degree in a technical or business-related field is preferred
