What this job involves – As a Project Coordinator at JLL, you will be providing reliable, timely and professional support to the Project Management team. The project coordinator will play a critical role in streamlining operations and fostering coordination among all parties involved. A successful candidate will require necessary experience with minimal overside to plan, prioritize and organize a diverse workload involving all types of projects. They will be a good partner with the team to ensure we are achieving project goals.

Responsibilities

  • Organize meetings and/or prepare and organize meeting minutes
  • Maintain project documentation and files in compliance with JLL and Client requirement
  • Assist with budget tracking and preparation as well as financial reporting
  • Assist with data entry in project management system of record
  • Help create and update tools, templates and processes
  • Assist with quality control processes and documentation as required by the Client
  • Process Purchase Orders into financial systems
  • Collect and review Certificates of Insurance
  • Assist with project closeout, complying with client 90-day closeout requirement
  • Collaborate with other members of the PC team to ensure consistency across regions
  • Partner with Project Managers to ensure compliance
  • Assist Project Managers with system questions
  • Provide training to project managers as needed or requested
  • Escalate to their PC Lead as necessary
  • Any and all other duties as assigned
