About The Position

The project coordinator handles administrative tasks for the Business Operations Support Supervisor and keep projects running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • MS Office - Microsoft Word & Excel experience required
  • Desire to complete client and internal requests with speed, efficiency, and accuracy
  • Must possess a positive attitude
  • Must have the ability to perform in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Create Contract and Non-contract proposals
  • Process Change Orders
  • Oversee annual contract renewals
  • Manage insurance certificate requests
  • Prepare union reconciliation worksheets
  • Serve as point on contact between union and company teams
  • Create monthly union journal entries
  • Provide IT support and trouble shooting
  • Setup and maintain IT related equipment
  • Performs other tasks as assigned
