About The Position

Consertus is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects across various phases. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and a collaborative mindset to a dynamic project environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
5+ years of experience in construction project coordination or management.
Strong understanding of construction processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is a plus.
EIT Certification is good to have

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and management of project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Support procurement activities, including reviewing bids and tracking materials.
Conduct site visits to assess progress, safety compliance, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of project activities, change orders, and communications.
Help identify and mitigate project risks and delays.
Ensure adherence to local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies.
