About The Position

As the newest Project Coordinator in Wildstone's Kelowna or Penticton, BC location, you’ll use your experience managing administrative, documentation and logistics tasks on ICI projects to support our Project Managers from project start up through to close out. Everyday you’ll be the person our Project Management team relies on to manage submittals, change orders, and RFIs and distribute shop drawings to ensure the most updated information is available. To thrive in this role, you’ll know how to pivot with changing priorities on site, be organized, and stay on task until the job gets done. A little about Wildstone. Requirements

  • Experience managing administrative, documentation and logistics tasks on ICI projects
  • Ability to pivot with changing priorities on site
  • Organized
  • Ability to stay on task until the job gets done
  • Familiarity with Procore and other platforms

Responsibilities

  • Manage submittals, change orders, and RFIs
  • Distribute shop drawings
  • Manage procurements and logistics
  • Visit sites to check in with the Superintendent and crew, confirm progress and address issues
  • Navigate Procore and other platforms to manage workflow
