Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in planning and scheduling project timelines.
  • Coordinate and communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
  • Monitor project progress and update project documentation regularly.
  • Help prepare project reports and presentations for internal and external use.
  • Track project budgets and expenditures under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Assist in identifying project risks and contributing to risk mitigation strategies.
