About The Position

The Admin Coordinator is responsible for independently handling administrative tasks and coordinating support activities. This role works autonomously and may guide other professional-level staff, especially in non-routine situations.   • Managing Projects
  • Manage the Waterfall Report (backlog) to ensure shipment targets are accurate
  • Manage multiple projects/timelines simultaneously, while recognizing dynamic and shifting priorities, and adjusting schedules and deliverables accordingly
  • Refine project management tools and leverage to track status
  • Attend daily QDIP meeting and report out challenges and/or delays
  • Act as the main contact for solids reduction products from pre-PO (supporting sales team) to shipments and everything in between
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
  • Understanding of project specifications in order to act as an advocate for customer and JWC
  • Drive issues to resolution through creative problem solving, effective communication and holding people accountable
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope
  • Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions with Order Entry
  • Assist customer follow up on outstanding submittals / estimated ship date for waterfall report
  • Assist schedule release with customer and production planner
