The Project Coordinator supports the successful delivery of client projects by coordinating day-to-day execution across clients, consultants, and internal team members. This role helps keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward through strong communication, documentation, follow-up, and task management. The Project Coordinator plays an important client-facing role, but does not carry full responsibility for project financials, contract negotiation, or ultimate project accountability. The individual should be passionate about working collaboratively and fostering strong coordination across teams to support organized, efficient, and client-focused project execution. They should bring a proactive, detail-oriented approach that helps keep work moving, communication clear, and project needs aligned across internal teams and client stakeholders.
