The Project Coordinator supports the successful delivery of projects within a semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality expectations. The Project Coordinator also serves as a key point of contact between stakeholders, project teams, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and drive project success.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of project coordination experience within a semiconductor facility
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience coordinating teams and subcontractors on-site

Nice To Haves

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
  • Track project progress and proactively identify risks or delays, driving corrective actions
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment
  • Provide regular project updates, status reports, and documentation
  • Coordinate and manage project teams and subcontractors to ensure work is executed efficiently
  • Support scheduling, resource planning, and task prioritization
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, verify work completion, and ensure adherence to project requirements
  • Identify and escalate issues related to quality, safety, or schedule
  • Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.
