Requirements

Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to manage multiple project deadlines.
High degree of attention to detail, specifically with regulatory and legal documentation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating with field crews, utilities, and agencies.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to read and interpret basic project documents or maps (a plus).
Self-motivated; ability to work independently and take initiative.
Must be able to take and follow directions from supervisors and Project Managers.
Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers & supervisors with a positive attitude.
Pass all pre-employment and random drug & alcohol testing.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in construction coordination or a similar field is a bonus but not required.
Ability to read and interpret basic project documents or maps (a plus).

Responsibilities

Manage and track SCR (Service Connection Requests) and SWPPP (Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan) notices and documentation.
Execute and maintain Blue Stakes (utility locate requests) and ensure all updates are handled timely to prevent project delays.
Oversee the application, tracking, and organization of project permits and compliance documentation.
Maintain project logs, assist with coordination tasks, and manage essential project paperwork.
Successfully implement the Company’s safety and environmental policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
