About The Position

This role supports a technology implementation company specializing in large-scale retail installations across the country. Projects include installing and supporting devices such as kiosks, POS systems, cameras, displays, routers, and other connected equipment. Onsite work is completed by subcontracted technicians, and this role ensures everything is in place for installations to run smoothly. The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping projects on track by ensuring all materials, equipment, and personnel are scheduled, prepared, and onsite as expected. If anything is missing or off track, the Project Coordinator is responsible for resolving issues quickly to avoid delays.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership—this role is fully accountable for project readiness
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and coordination skills, especially under pressure
Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or coordination roles
Backgrounds in retail, food service, sports, or IT are highly transferable and often succeed in this role due to the fast-paced, team-oriented, and problem-solving nature of the work

Responsibilities

Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and technician assignments for multiple concurrent projects
Ensure all materials (cables, devices), equipment (lifts, ladders), and personnel are ready prior to installation
Track project status and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
Serve as the main point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time
Adjust plans and coordinate replacements when resources are unavailable
