About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to provide direct support to the CEO. This role involves handling confidential information while analyzing sales, financial, and operational data to drive informed decision-making. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in strategic planning, customer-facing operations, and overall business optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in business management, analytics, or executive support.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strategic mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, financials, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights for the CEO and management teams.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track business performance and identify trends.
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in all reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement long-term strategic initiatives.
• Assist in evaluating business opportunities and operational efficiencies.
• Support decision-making by providing research, competitive analysis, and market insights.
• Assist with sales, marketing, and public relations strategies to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
• Support communication efforts between the company and external stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally with teams to improve customer experience and business growth.
• Handle highly sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and strategic documents for executive meetings.
• Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO.
