About The Position

Responsible for the production of conceptual and schematic level drawings, renderings and diagrams under the direction of a more experienced designer with an eye towards increasing independence over time. Direct development of innovative design concepts with project teams to produce constructable solutions. Responsible for exterior material research and selections and construction detailing to maintain design intent throughout the design process. Responsible for client facing and internal presentations. Perform early programming and loading capacity studies. Interface and collaborate with interior designers and landscape designers for cohesive overall designs Work with internal and external visualization designers to produce best in class renderings and animations Help in the production of quality design awards both locally and nationally. We are open to considering candidates who can work hybrid schedule (3 days in office, up to 2 days remote) out of our office in Columbus, OH, Chicago, IL, or Houston, TX.
