About The Position

This is a foundational role designed for a technically-grounded individual ready to launch their career in project management. You will be integrated directly into our project delivery teams, supporting the planning and execution of IT and technical projects for our global clients. Under the guidance of senior leaders, you will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and delivery methodology. This position is a direct pathway to assuming greater responsibility and full project ownership as you develop. We are seeking a disciplined, detail-oriented, and communicative professional who is comfortable in a remote setting and eager to learn structured project management within the IT sector.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a closely related technical field.
Studies must be fully completed. We are not considering candidates currently enrolled in academic programs.
0 to 2 years of professional experience, with initial exposure to IT projects, technical operations, or project coordination.
Solid foundational understanding of IT networking concepts (IP addressing, firewalls, network security) and general infrastructure.
Exceptional organizational skills and a rigorous attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote team environment.
Proven self-discipline, reliability, and the ability to manage time efficiently without direct supervision.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with or exposure to Quality, Health, Safety, and Security (QHSE/Q&S) frameworks or standards.
A demonstrated interest in pursuing a formal career path in project management.

Responsibilities

Support the development and maintenance of detailed project plans, schedules, and task trackers.
Assist in coordinating activities across internal technical teams, customers, and third-party vendors.
Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and escalate issues appropriately.
Ensure project deliverables meet agreed-upon timelines, scope, and quality standards.
Work on projects involving core IT infrastructure concepts, including networking (IP addressing, firewalls, basic network security) and systems.
Serve as a liaison, translating technical requirements and constraints into clear, actionable project tasks for diverse stakeholders.
Review and contribute to technical documentation related to project delivery.
Actively support the implementation of our Quality, Health, Safety, and Security (QHSE) procedures within all project activities.
Help ensure compliance with internal and client-specific security and quality standards.
Participate in preparation for audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare clear and concise project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and action item logs.
Provide regular, structured updates to project managers and key stakeholders.
Facilitate effective communication during project meetings and customer touchpoints.
