Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in project coordination, program management, project support, engineering support, or manufacturing operations.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using Microsoft Project.
  • Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defense, industrial, or technical environment.
  • Familiarity with Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or ERP systems.
  • Exposure to production scheduling, supplier management, or operations planning.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of customer programs and projects.
  • Assist with project schedules, timelines, and resource planning.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Sales teams to support project costing and requirements.
  • Review and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for assigned projects.
  • Track project milestones and help ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to support project execution.
  • Partner with Engineering to verify project requirements and resource needs.
  • Prepare project updates, reports, and customer presentations.
  • Support customer meetings and provide project status updates.
  • Monitor project progress and help identify risks or schedule concerns.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
