About The Position

Forged Fiber is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator with 1–3 years of experience to support network deployment and infrastructure projects. The role helps ensure accurate project tracking, timely updates, and smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners. The coordinator supports project managers with reliable project data and details, and works across engineering, construction, and vendor teams.

The role is based in Ogden, Utah. It is pre-designated as safety-sensitive under applicable state laws due to routine work at heights, near utilities, and around live traffic.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in telecom, utilities, construction, or related fields.
• Familiarity with milestone-driven projects and maintaining accurate project data.
• Understanding of basic project scheduling and date tracking.
• Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to fiber, wireless, or network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with telecom lifecycle stages.
• Ability to identify trends or inconsistencies in project data.

Responsibilities

• Track key project milestones and maintain accurate, current status updates.
• Assist with validating forecasted versus actual dates and identifying basic discrepancies.
• Support schedule reviews and help confirm task ownership.
• Review project updates for completeness and alignment with project scope.
• Escalate risks, delays, or missing information to senior team members.
• Serve as a communication point for internal teams and external partners.
• Assist in preparing project status summaries and milestone reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and vendor teams.
• Provide accurate data and project details to support project managers.
