About The Position

Remilia Corporation is seeking a Project Coordinator to work closely with leadership to facilitate cross-team coordination. This role will own the meeting infrastructure across workstreams, including setting agendas, running sessions, and producing notes that convert into tracked commitments. The Project Coordinator will drive progress between meetings by chasing owners, surfacing blockers, ensuring decisions are implemented, and moving context between engineering, product, and marketing teams across different locations and external collaborators. This position acts as a communications bridge on behalf of the principal, maintaining the operating picture of a multidisciplinary company and ensuring its forward momentum. The role offers a unique opportunity for rapid learning in company operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a startup, agency, production, or studio environment
  • Structured project-management experience: experience running meetings with agendas, producing notes that assign owners and deadlines, and tracking work to completion
  • Experience recovering a stalled project: identifying blockers, engaging the right person to act, and following through until progress is made
  • Experience drafting professional correspondence to clients, partners, or leadership
  • Ability to produce detailed meeting documentation that allows absent individuals to act without follow-up questions
  • Sufficient technical literacy to follow product and engineering discussions and track their commitments
  • Availability for irregular hours across US–Korea time zones

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Linear or similar project-management tooling
  • Cross-functional/scrum software development experience
  • Product/design systems experience
