About The Position

SWAT Environmental is seeking a Project Coordinator for their new build projects. This role involves managing project schedules, tracking customer updates, handling billing and invoicing, and communicating with customers regarding outstanding invoices and project details. The Project Coordinator will also need to learn the specifics of the radon mitigation industry to effectively discuss system design, pricing, installation, and servicing. This position is crucial for ensuring smooth project execution and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Requirements

1+ years of scheduling experience in a construction environment.
1+ years of phone-based customer service and/or sales experience.
High school degree or equivalent.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Proficiency in Office 365 programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Pro-active and self-motivated to prioritize tasks and execute accordingly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Analytical abilities and aptitude for problem-solving.
Ability to learn new products and services and effectively communicate them to customers

Responsibilities

New build project scheduling, rescheduling, and dispatching.
Monitor and track customer updates to include PO generation approvals, and closeouts in CRMs/ERPs.
Ensure technician time off and holidays are blocked off in internal system.
Create and update Points of Contact (POC) Tracker.
Answer service and billing calls.
Bill and invoice for new construction projects.
Follow up with new construction customers to resolve outstanding invoices.
Learn details of the radon mitigation industry, including the ability to discuss in detail how systems are designed, priced, installed and serviced.
Complete outbound follow-up customer calls.
Other duties as assigned
