The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager in construction administrative tasks to make sure all RFIs and Submittals are returned on time. Responsibilities include but not limited to Adhere to company core values: - Excellence in Every Detail - Integrity and Accountability First - Empowering Teamwork and Mutual Respect - Service to Our Community - Innovation with a Purpose Communication: Ensure effective communication among team members. This includes disseminating project-related information. Administrative: Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining project documentation, updating databases for tracking RFIs & Submittals due dates. Notifying design team of upcoming due dates. Miscellaneous duties, as assigned.
