This role is responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget while partnering closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Broadcast Engineering, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of project management experience in broadcast, production, or related technical environments
  • Strong knowledge of broadcast technology, facilities, equipment, and production workflows
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects on tight schedules and budgets
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and ERP systems
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate in matrix-managed environments and travel as needed

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead integration projects from initiation through delivery and final audit
  • Develop project charters outlining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budgets, and timelines
  • Build and manage detailed project schedules, dependencies, and resource plans
  • Track budgets across multiple projects and ensure financial accountability
  • Manage scope changes, mitigate risks, and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle
  • Facilitate project review meetings and provide regular status reporting to senior leadership
  • Conduct post-project evaluations, document lessons learned, and refine processes for continuous improvement
