As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our project management team - providing critical administrative support and ensuring smooth operations from start-up to close-out. You’ll work closely with Project Executives, Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents, as well as clients, contractors, and suppliers. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of administrative experience (construction industry experience a plus).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore and CMiC preferred.
  • Familiarity with contract administration and AIA documents.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain project documentation, databases, and filing systems.
  • Prepare and process contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and AIA documents.
  • Coordinate bid invitations, plan distribution, and project start-up requirements.
  • Track insurance certificates, bonds, and safety documentation.
  • Assist with monthly project reports, meeting minutes, and close-out packages.
  • Support a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
