The Project Coordinator (PC) is directly responsible for document management and assists the Project Manager in all aspects of cost, quality, schedule, and safety. Responsible for assisting the project teams with obtaining, evaluating, coordinating, and distributing the information and authorizations needed to construct projects on time, within budget, safely, and with quality in partnership with the project team. Builds and maintains relationships with Clients, Architects, Consultants, and Subcontractors. Daily activities are conducted to promote the company's vision, mission, and core values. To perform this job successfully, the employee must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and in a timely manner.
