About The Position

Eaton’s Vehicle division is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join the team. This is a hybrid position, based at the Port Coquitlam, BC site. The Project Coordinator is responsible for driving execution discipline, prioritisation, and visibility across a high volume of concurrent small- to medium-sized projects within the Wireless product portfolio. This role operates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple parallel initiatives (typically 6–10 active projects at any time) across NPI, sustaining engineering, application development, Sales and operations. The coordinator partners closely with the Wireless leadership team to prioritise work, ensure alignment, and drive execution against business-critical objectives. The role serves as the central coordination point across engineering, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams—ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, risks are proactively managed, and resources are focused on the highest-impact initiatives. Eaton’s Wireless product line operates within the industrial wireless control systems market, serving the off-highway mobile equipment industry (construction, utility, and industrial machinery). Manufacturing is characterised by high-mix, low-volume industrial electronics production, with strong customization requirements and tight integration between engineering and operations.
