Kimley-Horn is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Lake Nona office! This is not a remote position. This role involves managing the full project cycle for national clients, interfacing with clients regarding project expectations, schedule, and permitting processes. The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating staff and contractors, managing project submittals, researching agency requirements, and tracking tasks and client deliverables. Additionally, the role includes facilitating client communications, compiling reports, assisting engineering staff, preparing weekly trackers, assisting with billing and invoice reviews, and creating, proofreading, editing, formatting, and finalizing project-related documents and reports.
