Requirements

  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2+ years of experience in a project coordination, administrative, customer service, or related role preferred
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer-based systems
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Nice To Haves

  • Restoration or mitigation industry experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned restoration projects from initial loss through completion.
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, permits, and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates and exceptional service throughout the restoration process.
  • Monitor project quality, safety, cleanliness, and workmanship to ensure company standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate job documentation, update project management systems, and ensure project files are complete.
  • Conduct project inspections, manage warranty and quality assurance items, and facilitate final walkthroughs with customers.
  • Collaborate with operations teams, technicians, insurance adjusters, homeowners, and trade partners to keep projects moving forward.
  • Assist with estimating, billing, collections, and scope development as needed.
  • Support reconstruction, contents, marketing, and business development efforts when required.
  • Professionally represent Paul Davis Restoration's values and commitment to customer service.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
