About The Position

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to help bring retail design projects and brand experiences to life — from initial planning through final installation. This is a great role for someone early in their project management career who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You'll support Project Managers and work directly with designers, vendors, clients, and installers to keep projects running smoothly, on time, and on budget.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, events, design, marketing, or a related field.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with project management tools like Asana, MS Project, or similar, plus Microsoft Office/Google Suite
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Genuine interest in design, fabrication, and how things get made

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers with scheduling, task tracking, and maintaining project documentation
  • Help organize meetings, prepare status reports, and track milestones
  • Coordinate communication between clients, internal design teams, vendors, and installers
  • Ensure everyone has the information and resources needed to move work forward
  • Support budget tracking by maintaining expense records and gathering vendor quotes
  • Assist with sourcing vendors, providing project briefs, and tracking deliverables
  • Partner with the design team to help maintain brand and design consistency during execution
  • Learn fabrication, production, and installation processes by working alongside the team
  • Provide logistical support during installations and events
  • Help ensure teams have what they need on site for a smooth rollout
  • Participate in project debriefs and apply feedback to strengthen your project management skills
