CMM Custom Homes is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers in the design and construction of custom homes throughout Monmouth and Ocean County. This role is ideal for someone who is tenacious, adaptable, and proactive, with a strong ability to communicate and keep projects moving forward. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping details organized and on track. You will work closely with our team including clients, subcontractors, and vendors to help ensure projects move smoothly from start to finish. Nice To Haves

Previous construction, architecture, or project coordination experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary support to Project Managers across multiple active projects
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to keep projects organized and progressing
Assist with bids, selections, purchase orders, and vendor coordination
Track and organize project information within Buildertrend
Help manage project schedules and internal task lists
Assist with permit applications and municipal coordination
Track budgets and purchase orders using internal systems
Coordinate project meetings, agendas, and notes
Perform material take-offs as needed
Assist with pay request reviews with Project Managers
Maintain organized documentation and ensure project records remain current
Follow up on outstanding items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Support the team in solving problems and keeping momentum on projects
