We’re looking for someone who thrives in that kind of environment and wants to be a key part of making projects happen. What You’ll Do: As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be the right hand to our Project Managers—keeping jobs organized, on track, and moving forward. You’ll work with internal teams on commercial and GC projects to make sure nothing falls through the cracks and every project stays on schedule. Wage for this role is $18 to $26 and hour depending on experience. This role is all about execution, communication, and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Highly organized and detail-driven
  • Strong communicator comfortable working with internal teams on commercial and GC projects
  • Able to manage multiple projects at once without losing focus
  • Comfortable handling phones, logistics, and administrative coordination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project or job tracking systems is a plus
  • Previous experience in commercial, construction-related, signage, graphics, or print environments is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Keep projects moving by tracking timelines, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal teams on commercial and GC projects
  • Communicate to align schedules, site requirements, and installation timelines
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls; provide support to customers and internal teams
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving, including scheduling deliveries, tracking shipments, and verifying materials
  • Maintain accurate job information and documentation
  • Assist with scheduling, material coordination, and job setup
  • Communicate updates internally and support customer follow-up as needed
  • Help identify and resolve issues before they impact timelines
  • Support estimating and quoting when needed
  • Jump in where needed—this is a team-first environment
