About The Position

The Project Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and operational oversight of the, Rooted in Care: Strengthening Parenting Capacity in Newcomer Communities research intervention project. This includes supporting the delivery of a culturally adapted, evidence-based parenting program, coordinating research and evaluation activities with PolicyWise for Children & Families, and ensuring compliance with funder requirements, ethics protocols, and data management standards. The role works closely with the Manager of Family Services, Director of Settlement and Community Services, facilitators, and research partners to ensure smooth implementation of program activities across all phases of the project, including planning, adaptation, delivery, evaluation, and knowledge mobilization.

Requirements

Experience in project coordination.
Experience in supporting the delivery of programs.
Experience in coordinating research and evaluation activities.
Knowledge of funder requirements, ethics protocols, and data management standards.
Ability to work closely with various stakeholders including managers, facilitators, and research partners.
Skills in planning, adaptation, delivery, evaluation, and knowledge mobilization.
