About The Position

Your job is more than a job. GENERAL DUTIES Coordinates contractor work on designated projects: Ensures clear communication and implementation of timelines. Ensures facility/property service providers have appropriate licenses, insurances etc. Reviews service proposals and makes recommendations. Maintains plans and specifications and ensures project work plans matches against established specifications. Ensures a safe environment during the entire project, including regulatory standards and codes: Monitors and implements measures to meet applicable regulatory standards and codes. Stays abreast and knowledgeable of applicable federal, state and local building standards and codes. Develops and implements plans to effectively forecast operational expenses and capital outlays: Assists in the preparation of operational and capital budgets, construction and renovation projects and ensures forecasts are maintained within approved parameters. Supports the Facilities Management Department: Schedules and supports day-to-day meetings and operations for the department. Compiles and maintains data, correspondence and documentation to ensure availability of complete, accurate, and up-to-date information and accomplish assigned tasks. LCMC Health is a community. Requirements

  • Appropriate combination of education and work experience is required
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent and 5 (five) years of experience in Facilities Management/Administrative Assistance, OR Bachelor’s Degree and 3 (three) years of experience in Facilities Management/Administrative Assistance
  • MS Office Suite
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills, discretion, mature demeanor, professional presence
  • Minimum 75 wpm typing speed
