KPFF Seattle’s Transportation Team focuses on designing infrastructure that moves people and connects communities across the region. We work on a wide range of transit and transportation projects, including roadway and trail improvements, fish passage enhancements, and major infrastructure efforts throughout the Puget Sound and Pacific Northwest. Our projects are Community-Focused and emphasize pedestrian and bicycle safety, multimodal accessibility, ADA compliance, and context-sensitive solutions shaped by the community's needs. We collaborate closely with public agencies, transit authorities, contractors, and fellow engineers to deliver thoughtful solutions that improve mobility and public infrastructure. Our Seattle office is seeking a Project Coordinator with at least three (3) years related experience, to join our Transportation Engineering group. Under the general supervision of the project manager or principal, the Project Coordinator will support the successful delivery of projects and invoicing needs, for public agencies and private clients through a range of coordination and administrative tasks. Working closely with our Accounting team, this role requires adherence to KPFF’s standard operating procedures and policies related to project coordination and administration. This role is well suited for a proactive, high-energy individual who enjoys; working with people, communicates clearly, can manage multiple priorities, think on their feet, and solve problems effectively.
