About The Position

Construction success starts with precision—and you’re the one who brings everything together. This is not a field role. This is a thinking, planning, and communication role. When a homeowner experiences a disaster, they are overwhelmed and just want their home back. This role exists to bring order, clarity, and forward momentum through systems, schedules, documentation, and communication. We are seeking a high-detail, high-accountability professional who understands construction and is highly comfortable working on a computer, managing schedules, communicating with customers, and making decisions that keep jobs moving. If you prefer being in the field, managing crews, or working primarily with your hands—this role is not for you. This is a desk-based coordination role, not a field position, involving heavy use of computer systems, scheduling tools, CRM, and documentation. It requires frequent phone calls, emails, and written communication, with decision-making authority to move jobs forward without waiting. The role involves direct communication with homeowners who are stressed and need clarity and serves as the operational backbone supporting the Production Manager.
