About The Position

Dignity Health Connected Living has been serving seniors in Shasta County since 1968, offering programs designed for seniors and people with disabilities. As a Project Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and organizational support to project managers, ensuring smooth execution and tracking. Your role is vital for maintaining timelines, managing resources, and facilitating effective project communication. Every day you will assist with scheduling, prepare documentation, track deliverables, and monitor progress. You'll also coordinate resources, manage team communications, and help resolve minor issues to keep projects on track. To be successful, you need strong organizational/administrative skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Three years in a Social Services or Administrative Support Position
  • Strong organizational/administrative skills
