About The Position

Unified Restorations is a premier art services company serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area. We provide trusted, high-quality support to homeowners and clients recovering from fire, water, and other events. With a commitment to care, integrity, and professionalism, we specialize in managing textiles, electronics, artwork, and collectibles. Given our fast rate of growth, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic administration team.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business or fine arts
• Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A service-driven mindset and customer-focused approach
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Be ethical and respectful of your teammates, colleagues and customers
• Understand that our main goal is to help people. We will make every effort to return their treasures back to the way they used to be
• Work effectively and efficiently in a team environment
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Salesforce, iCat, or Xactimate is a strong plus
• Ideally a background in restoration services or art/textile/electronics handling

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain job accounts and project records in internal systems
• Support financial processes, including accounts payable and receivable
• Generate and manage estimates and invoices
• Prepare job folders and documents for the onsite logistics team
• Greet customers entering our showroom and provide exceptional customer support
• Organize incoming and outgoing mail
• Provide general administrative support across the company
• Assist with marketing coordination and communications as needed
