About The Position

The Project Coordinator at FuzeRx plays a critical role in driving cross-functional programs and operational initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, enhance the patient experience, and support organizational goals. This individual contributor partners with Operations, Product, Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and external vendors to lead projects from ideation through execution. This role requires proactive problem solving with strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills and the ability to independently deliver complex operational programs while driving alignment across teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, program management, or a related operational function.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs or projects from planning through execution with limited supervision.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience analyzing operational data to support business decisions and measure program effectiveness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functional areas.
  • Proven ability to identify risks, solve problems, and drive consensus in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Pharmacy Technician License in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy in your state of residence.

  • Experience working within pharmacy operations, healthcare, or other regulated healthcare environments.
  • Experience leading operational excellence, process improvement, or cost reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead team- and organization-level operational programs focused on quality events, cost reduction, patient experience improvements, process creation, standardization, operational excellence, and business continuity.
  • Develop and execute project plans from problem definition through implementation, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project requirements, facilitate execution, identify dependencies, and remove barriers.
  • Build alignment across Operations, Product, Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, Legal, Finance, Compliance, third-party vendors, and other business partners to successfully deliver initiatives.
  • Independently manage multiple programs with clear business objectives while navigating implementation complexity.
  • Prioritize competing initiatives, manage timelines, balance resources, and make informed tradeoff decisions to ensure successful delivery against project milestones.
  • Identify potential program risks, develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans, and proactively implement corrective actions to minimize operational impact.
  • Drive continuous process improvements that increase efficiency and operational performance.
  • Organize and facilitate effective meetings with appropriate stakeholders, driving productive discussions, decision-making, and accountability.
  • Prepare clear, concise written and verbal communications, including project plans, status updates, executive summaries, and program documentation.
  • Present recommendations and project updates to leaders up to two organizational levels above.
  • Influence decision-making without direct authority while building consensus across diverse stakeholder groups and maintaining momentum on strategic initiatives.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret operational data to measure program performance, evaluate business impact, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Use insights to identify opportunities for operational improvements and optimize program outcomes.
