The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily job operations, schedules, and field teams. This role involves preparing for meetings, updating job information, scheduling jobs, and communicating with various stakeholders including builders, customers, installers, supervisors, and inspectors. The coordinator will also manage warranty scheduling, dispatch, follow-up, and coordinate permits, inspections, materials, and fixtures. Additionally, the role requires monitoring team performance, staffing, productivity, and job status, as well as preparing schedules and paperwork for the following day. Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining job profitability through managing VPOs, back charges, and sub charges, and providing excellent customer service are also key aspects of this position. The role may require participation in an after-hours/on-call rotation.
