About The Position

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting project managers in planning, organizing, and coordinating construction projects from start to finish. This position ensures project documentation, schedules, communication, and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 2+ years of construction administration or project coordination experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with construction management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers with daily project coordination activities.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and closeout documents.
  • Track project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and field personnel.
  • Monitor and follow up on material orders, deliveries, and equipment needs.
  • Maintain project files and ensure documentation is organized and up to date.
  • Assist with preparing pay applications, change orders, and invoices.
  • Schedule meetings and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Communicate project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other administrative and project-related duties as assigned.
