About The Position

The Project Coordinator supports the execution, tracking, and coordination of cross‐functional projects at Pegasus Laboratories. This role partners closely with the Senior Project Manager to ensure project plans, timelines, documentation, and communications are maintained and executed effectively. The Project Coordinator also provides administrative and operational support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, animal health/pharmaceutical, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of project coordination or project management experience
  • Experience supporting cross‐functional teams
  • Experience with Smartsheet and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and follow‐through skills
  • High attention to detail in documentation and presentations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across project and administrative work
  • Professional communication skills when interacting with leadership
  • 0 -10%, very minimal

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of projects using established project management methodologies and tools
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and documentation
  • Track deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as needed to the Senior Project Manager
  • Coordinate cross functional project activities and follow-ups
  • Prepare project status updates and reports for leadership review
  • Escalate scope changes, timeline risks, and resource constraints to the Senior Project Manager for review and decision‐making
  • Maintain and update recurring project and operational reports for assigned departments, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely distribution to stakeholders
  • Maintain and update project data in Smartsheet and other project tools
  • Support system implementation projects as assigned (without ownership of solution selection or architecture)
  • Draft and maintain project documentation, including charters, timelines, and needs analysis materials under direction of the Senior Project Manager
  • Provide administrative, coordination, and operational support to the Senior Project Manager and Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
  • Assist with preparation, formatting, and coordination of materials for executive and board presentations
  • Support scheduling, logistics, and materials for major leadership and cross‐functional meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting related to major group meetings and leadership activities
  • Maintain organized records and shared documentation related to leadership initiatives and projects
  • Perform additional project‐related or administrative duties as assigned in support of business priorities
