About The Position

As a Project Coordinator, you play a key role in keeping our service, sales, and installation teams running efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and enjoys coordinating schedules, people, and priorities throughout the day. Position Overview This role is responsible for maximizing technician and installer productivity through effective scheduling, communication, and coordination. You will work closely with technicians, installers, apprentices, and managers to ensure jobs are completed on time, under budget, and with a high level of customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • Dispatch or coordination experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
  • Confident communicator with strong customer‑service skills
  • Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities
  • Team‑oriented, dependable, and self‑motivated

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians, installers, and apprentices based on job priority, availability, and skill set
  • Communicate with field teams throughout the day via phone and dispatch systems
  • Coordinate installation schedules and call customers to set up equipment installations
  • Maintain real‑time awareness of technician routes, start/departure times, tooling, and qualifications
  • Anticipate scheduling, routing, or parts issues and make quick, sound decisions
  • Communicate job updates, delays, and parts timelines to customer
  • Maintain technician schedules including vacation, sick time, and weekend rotations
  • Assist with accurate and timely paperwork and documentation
  • Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contact customers regarding parts status and job updates
  • Maintain technician schedules including vacation, sick time, and weekend rotations
  • Interact with technicians daily to ensure smooth operations
