Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in planning and executing projects from initiation to closure.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and team members.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes.
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment and resolve issues promptly.
