About The Position

The Digital Marketing Project Coordinator spearheads the day-to-day execution of digital programs, encompassing website creative & content, marketing promotions, and campaign planning & execution. This role collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 1-3 years digital marketing experience or equivalent with a focus on project management
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent written, verbal and personal communication skills
  • Disciplined individual with solid organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with project management software a plus (i.e. Workfront)

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the project lead on all digital marketing campaigns in Adobe Workfront.
  • Collaborates with designers and other team members to develop creative assets.
  • Assists with digital projects and workflow.
  • Manages project timelines and resources to ensure successful completion.
  • Provides campaign reporting and insights to internal team-members.
  • Supports creative production projects for Amazon, Walmart and LifeExtension.com sites.
  • Monitors Lifeextension.com, Amazon, and Walmart analytics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Executes digital projects with internal team members including the design team.
  • 2 onsite days per week is an essential function of this role.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
