About The Position

TauRx Therapeutics is a leader in Alzheimer’s research, dedicated to discovering, developing, and commercialising innovative products for the diagnosis, treatment, and cure of neurodegenerative disorders. Our mission is to combat one of the world’s greatest health challenges by targeting the formation of tau protein ‘tangles’ in the brain. We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Remote Project Coordinator to join our pioneering team. This is a unique opportunity to support groundbreaking research projects that have the potential to change lives. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are managed efficiently from conception to completion. This position is offered on a fully remote basis, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Project Coordinator or in a similar administrative or project management role.
• Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse, remote team.
• Proficiency with project management software and standard office tools.
• A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
• The ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research sector is highly advantageous but not essential.
• A degree in a relevant field or a project management certification would be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and implementation of key research and development projects.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information, ensuring all parties are informed of progress and deadlines.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively propose solutions to ensure projects remain on track.
• Act as a central point of contact for all project participants, facilitating effective communication across the team.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas and distributing follow-up actions.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard of quality.
