About The Position
A Japanese IT company engaged in system development, software sales, and website production is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its Production Department. The company provides end-to-end services from requirements definition and development to system testing, delivery, and maintenance. The Project Coordinator manages and coordinates website development and operations projects and serves as a key liaison between internal teams and clients. The role participates in sales meetings, gathers client requirements, and supports the project cycle from website-centered marketing proposals through implementation. Depending on aptitude, the role may also include sales-related activities.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Japanese/English bilingual ability is required.
- Interest in Web/EC and digital services.
- Positive, proactive, and cooperative attitude, and ability to contribute to a growing team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client interviews to gather and organize requirements and share them with internal teams.
- Propose web- and EC-related marketing strategies.
- Explain production progress and technical details to clients in an easy-to-understand way, including creating presentation materials.
- Manage and coordinate schedules with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform quality checks on deliverables.
