The Senior Project Coordinator partners with leadership to plan, coordinate, and support the implementation of large-scale projects impacting multiple Emory Healthcare departments. Working under the direction of the Department Leader and/or Project Manager(s), this role assists with project planning, scheduling, and execution while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and project goals. Projects typically include a significant technical component and require coordination across departments such as Patient Financial Services, Patient Access, Finance, and Information Technology/Services. The Senior Project Coordinator may independently manage smaller-scale initiatives where revenue or resource impact is not enterprise-wide and minimal supervision is required. The role requires the application of established project management methodologies to develop project scope documents, work plans, status reports, and related project materials. This position also supports operational analysis, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to drive project success.
