About The Position

We are seeking a Project Coordinator with strong Scrum Master experience to join our team. This hybrid role requires 3-4 days onsite per week in Culver City, CA, for approximately 7 months, with an end date of 3/31/2027. The position offers a rate of up to $77/hr on W2 and is open to Green Card holders, US Citizens, and all valid EADs except H1B, OPT, and CPT.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product or project development experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Strong hands-on Scrum experience
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives
• Intermediate JIRA experience
• Experience with backlog refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, and Scrum techniques
• Bachelor’s degree
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of Agile/Scrum product or project development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Experience facilitating meetings across different organizational levels.
• Knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

• JIRA administration experience.
• Advanced facilitation and Agile coaching experience.
• Experience supporting financial project tracking, budgets, forecasts, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach Scrum teams on Agile practices and Scrum principles.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a clear and prioritized product backlog.
• Identify and help remove team impediments.
• Support project leadership with Sprint Reviews and Finance Steering Committee meetings.
• Track and analyze project costs against budgets, forecasts, and contracts.
• Help improve Scrum team performance and Agile maturity.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
